By accessing and using FightLAB Fitness facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Fees
All memberships are subject to approval by FightLAB Fitness. Membership fees must be paid on time as per the agreement. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Use of Facilities
Members and guests are expected to use the facilities responsibly and in accordance with all posted rules. FightLAB Fitness reserves the right to deny access to anyone violating these rules or behaving in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Assumption of Risk
Members and guests acknowledge that participation in MMA and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, disability, or death. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

5. Waiver of Liability
FightLAB Fitness and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation in any activities or use of the facilities. Members and guests agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless FightLAB Fitness from any claims, actions, or losses related to these risks.

6. Medical Disclaimer
Members and guests should consult with a physician before engaging in any physical activity. FightLAB Fitness is not responsible for any health issues that may arise from participating in activities at our facility.

7. Personal Belongings
FightLAB Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Members and guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.

8. Code of Conduct
Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

9. Changes to Terms
FightLAB Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members and guests will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which FightLAB Fitness operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
